We currently ship across India.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays

  • During high-volume periods (sales, festivals), processing may take slightly longer


Shipping Time

Once dispatched, orders are usually delivered within:

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days

  • Non-metro & remote areas: 5–8 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier partner.


Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated and shown at checkout

  • Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly mentioned on the website


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive a tracking link via SMS or email

  • You can use this link to track your order status in real time


Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Courier partner delays

  • Incorrect or incomplete address details

  • Force majeure events

RISO is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, but we will always support you in tracking your order.


Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct at checkout

  • Orders returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts may require additional shipping charges for re-dispatch


Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
